Seth's best close standing normal, since it can into every combo ending special move. A decent normal, has enough frame advantage for cr. It does, however, afford the most frame advantage, which is barely enough for a cr. A slower jab than most, and it doesn't see much use due to frequent whiffs on certain characters.
